Job Description
Our Boston office is seeking Technical Specialists with a background in chemistry, particularly organic chemistry/small molecules, to draft and prosecute patent applications. An advanced degree and patent prosecution experience are preferred.
Responsibilities of Technical Specialists include:
- preparing patent applications for filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office
- evaluating the underlying technology of inventions
- opinion writing
- client counseling
- litigation support
- providing technical assistance on projects.
